A prominent recent example of this was our advice to the Special Liquidator of a well- known Irish bank.  We advised on French aspects of the structuring of the multi-million euros sale under English law deeds of assignment to US and UK venture capital funds of portfolios of loans that were governed by Irish law, but which were secured on French real estate assets.
